Terms of Service for SaleAccord

SaleAccord (‘we,’ ‘our,’ or ‘us’) operates saleaccord.club and provides services related to sale agreement preparation and contract support. These Terms of Service (‘Terms’) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using our site, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Services
a. Sale Agreement Preparation and Contract Support
We provide professional drafting, review, and advisory services for sale agreements. You may schedule services via our Contact Form or by calling +14162683268. Our office is located at 24 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K1M 1M4, Canada.
b. Service Scheduling and Transfers
Clients may reschedule a service at least 48 hours before its start time. A service transfer to another date or time is allowed if requested in writing within that timeframe. No partial reductions apply to changes.
c. Cancellation and Non-Refundable Services
Cancellations made less than 24 hours from the scheduled service are non-refundable due to preparatory work undertaken. By booking, you acknowledge these conditions.
2. Info Product
We offer digital guides and templates related to agreement drafting. Upon completion of the purchase, digital items are made available for download. Due to the nature of digital delivery, purchases are non-refundable once accessed.
3. Goods
We may offer printed materials or books. For physical items, you may request a reimbursement within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. To arrange a reimbursement, contact us within the period above. Shipping costs are not reimbursable and clients must arrange shipment at their own expense. Items lost in transit remain the client’s responsibility.
4. Refund and Reimbursement Policy
Our policy depends on the type of purchase:
- Professional Services: refundable only if cancellation is communicated at least 24 hours prior. Fees may be reallocated toward a future booking within 90 days.
- Digital Products: no reimbursement once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
- Physical Goods: reimbursements must be requested within 7 days; items must be in original condition. Reimbursements are processed within 30 days of receipt of the item, excluding shipping costs.
5. Payment and Billing
By providing billing details, you authorize us to charge the agreed fee. If a charge fails, we will notify you to update details via our Contact Form.
6. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on saleaccord.club. Continued use indicates acceptance.
